Dear AGS Students and Families,

There is a unique kind of magic in the air as summer winds down and the promise of a new school year begins. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome back our returning families and extend a heartfelt hello to the new faces joining the AGS community for the 2026-2027 academic year!

Last year, our students showed us exactly what they are capable of—from our kindergarteners discovering the joy of reading to our eighth graders stepping up as critical thinkers and school leaders. But we aren't just looking back; we are taking that incredible momentum and channeling it into the year ahead.

This year, our theme is building tomorrow, together. We know that the strongest foundation for student success is a powerful partnership between home and school. When we collaborate, communicate openly, and celebrate every victory—big or small—our students thrive. We can't wait to see the heights we will reach together this year.

To help you prepare for day one, here are the essential details you need to know:

• Registration: Online registration will be open from July 7th through July 29th. Please ensure your student is registered early so we can finalize classroom placements.

• Back-to-School Nights: Come meet the teachers, drop off supplies, and see friends!

  • Monday August 17th from 4pm to 6pm

• School Supplies: The complete supply list is attached to this paper, available in the grade school office, and posted on the district website.

• Health Records: Please ensure all grade-level health requirements and immunizations are up to date before the first day of school.

Our Open Door Policy: A strong community is built on open communication. Please never hesitate to reach out to our teachers, staff, or administration. Your insights, questions, and partnerships are always valued here.
